Blackb0x is an untethered jailbreak for the Apple TV and is currently developed by NSSpiral. Blackb0x currently supports any 2nd Generation Apple TV and 3rd Generation Apple TV. Blackb0x can untether jailbreak the Apple TV 3,1 (A1427) and Apple TV 3,2 (A1469) if running tvOS 7.x or 8.4.x. The Apple TV 2,1 (A1378) is able to jailbreak tvOS 6.1.4 untethered, however can only jailbreak tvOS 7.1.2 tethered.
