CSI Mobile or simply CSI is an internal tool for Apple retail employees for managing store operations. Opening the app gives four different categories of reports one of them is ST units, ST which simply stands for Sell Thru units and this section of the app gives employees a clear report on devices which are sold through out a day and also devices that are needed for repair. Employees can even watch repair tutorial videos by clicking the tutorial option in the more section and this takes them to Atlas. The app also works in different environments and one of them is UAT which stands for User Acceptance Testing, and accessing the app in these environments requires Apple Corporate VPN.
