An EasyPay iPhone is commonly referred to as a Display Demo Easy Pay" or DEP iPhone, but the official term used by Apple is Try Before You Buy or TBYB iPhone, however in internal Apple documentation it is referred to as a DEP or Display Easy Pay iPhone. In the context of Apple retail stores, TBYB refers to a program that allows customers to try out an iPhone or other Apple device before purchasing it.TBYB iPhones are actually the devices used for this program, which are essentially demo units that customers can use to test and experience the device before deciding to buy it.However, what's unique about an Easy Pay iPhone is that it's also a fully functional device that can be purchased by the customer on the spot, using Apple's Easy Pay payment method.
