iBoot-87.1 is a version of iBoot before iBoot-99. Compared to iBoot-33.5 in a very early build of SwitchBoard (Nanshan 1A282j), iBoot-87.1 was supposed to be more updated for the prototypes. It belongs to SwitchBoard version 1A396b.
Discovery
On 6 March 2024, a user named mcg29 found this version of iBoot on a prototype, which its serial logs were shown on the user's Twitter page.

Not much is known about this build of iBoot. Of course, it is before iBoot-99, but no known information was given on what significant changes were made.
