Keynote Remote app was a free iOS app that allowed users to control Keynote presentations on their Mac, iPad, iPhone, or iPod touch using their iOS device.
With the Keynote Remote app, users could:
- Control slides and transitions
- View presenter notes and upcoming slides
- Use the iOS device as a remote to advance slides
The app connected to the Keynote presentation on the Mac or other iOS device via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
In 2013, Apple integrated the Keynote Remote functionality directly into the Keynote app for iOS, making the standalone Keynote Remote app obsolete.
