Background
This NonUI build is slightly bigger than Monarch 13A93420m, and is once again a build based off of an internal version of iOS 9.0. It was found on a iPhone 6s Prototype but due it containg kernel extenisons for A7, A8, A8X A9X processors. It can possibly be used for other devices.
This firmware has the kernel version Darwin Kernel Version 15.0.0: Sat Jul 11 22:55:17 PDT 2015; root:xnu_development-3247.1.56~11/DEVELOPMENT_ARM64_S8000.
Applications
This firmware seems to have the exact same applications as Monarch 13A93420m, therefore this build is mostly likely focused on bug fixes and minor GUI tweaks.
