iPlano is an internal application apparently used for mapping out where to place products in an Apple Store for display, according to BusinessInsider[1]. It can only be installed on iPads.
Opening the app shows this image before it prompts the user to sign into AppleConnect.
Interestingly, the nine-dot swipe gesture input is hidden when screenshotting.
