The Apple M3 Ultra is an ARM-based SoC designed by Apple Inc for Mac computers. It was first introduced on 5 March 2025 in a press release.
Similar to previous Ultra chips, it's claimed to be a pair of M3 Max chips linked together with Apple's UltraFusion interconnect. However, some differences (like Thunderbolt 5 support) have caused speculation that the chip has had other updates compared to the regular M3 Max.
It's identified internally as T6032.
