Not able to mount the .DMGs via hdiutil

Hi everyone, I have downloaded the IPSW files and trying to mount the extracted dmg file in my mac, but I am getting the error from the hdiutil saying that

hdiutil: attach failed - image not recognised.

Command that I used is

hdiutils attach 090-27766-120.dmg -mountpoint 090-27766-120

This is happening for the following version and build id

IPHONEXS - 18.0 beta 4 - 22A5316k,

IPHONEXS - 18.0 beta 5 - 22A5326f,

IPHONEXS - 18.0 beta 6 - 22A5338b,

MACBOOK AIR M1 2020 - 15.0 beta 5 - 24A5309e

MACBOOK AIR M1 2020 - 15.0 beta 6 - 24A5320a

MACBOOK AIR M1 2020 - 15.1 beta 2 - 24B5024e

I tried opening the image file via mac tool but I am getting corrupted image file error. Can anyone please guide me on how to attach the image file into system ?
