iMac (24-inch, M1, 2021)

The iMac (24-inch, M1, 2021) was introduced at Apple's 'Spring Loaded' event on 20 April 2021 (2021-04-20), and is the first iMac to feature Apple Silicon as part of the transition from x86_64-based Intel processors.

It was made available for preorder on 30 April 2021 (2021-04-30), and for purchase on 21 May 2021 (2021-05-21).

The firmware identifiers are iMac21,1 (four ports) and iMac21,2 (two ports).
