Hergestellt als 232-pin FBGA 10x10mm oder 224/226-pin 9x9mm. Es stellt eine Weiterentwicklung des Samsung S5L8700 für Apple dar; der Prozessor selbst ist Apple-gebrandet und als 337S3291 8701 markiert. Einführung im September 2006, Herstellung mindestens seit Mai 2006.
