A call-screening feature added in iOS 17.
Note that with iOS 17, blocking a number also disables Live Voicemail from that number, although, if the user has carrier voicemail, the number should still be able to leave carrier voicemail. As of March 2024, Apple has not updated their support document to reflect this change.
As of late 2024, Live Voicemail is only enabled in Canada and the US, and only in English.
