The Dream Team was a collaborative effort of members from the Chronic Dev Team and the iPhone Dev Team. They announced on 6 January 2012 that they were working on bypassing the sandbox issue with the iOS 5.0.1 jailbreak on S5L8940-based devices. Their work for iOS 5.0.1 has since been released; the untethering exploit was wrapped up in Corona, and Absinthe can jailbreak S5L8940 devices. Some of this work was also ported to iOS 5.1.1 in the Rocky Racoon package, as Apple did not properly fix one of the exploited vulnerabilities.
